Sunday LunchThere’s nothing quite like a leisurely afternoon spent with family and friends, sharing good food and conversation. In France, this happens just about every week when it’s time for the mid-day meal on Sunday. Click here or on the photo above for a preview of a time-honored tradition. And if you are invited to Sunday lunch, by all means, go!

Guests of the US-based Bliss Travels enjoy at least one Sunday lunch as part of their holiday in France. We had two of them! Our little group of travelers also gloried in a couple of other French traditions worth noting: market day and a summer harvest-and-dining experience under a Michelin star. All three made our trip to Provence memorable indeed.
