With daylight lingering into the evening, it’s tempting to stay outside as late as possible. A great place to do this is in one of Germany’s Straussi. Just across the border from Basel, Baden’s vineyard restaurants serve fresh regional specialties, sometimes at tables set out on terraces or behind a barn. This is about as local as you can get.
The vineyards will look like this in three months, but the Straussi are open now…Brägeli mit Bibiliskäs, anyone?
